By using the services of Western New York INC. you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Services We provide a range of eCommerce-related services, including Amazon PPC, Web Development, SEO, Digital marketing etc. Details of specific services are outlined in your Service Agreement.

2. Payment Fees for services are outlined in the Service Agreement or invoice. Payments are due as specified and are non-refundable once services begin, unless specified in the Refund Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate and timely information, as well as any necessary access to systems or personnel for service delivery.

4. Modifications and Cancellations Any modifications or cancellations must be requested in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in your Service Agreement and Refund Policy.

5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during the course of the services.

6. Liability We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services within the last 7 months.

7. Intellectual Property We retain ownership of intellectual property created during the project until full payment is received. Upon payment, you are granted a license to use the deliverables as outlined in the agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will first be addressed informally. If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration in accordance with State law.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of State.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to you.
