Refunds Policy

At Western New York INC., we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be occasions when a refund is requested. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be granted.

1. Service Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for services that have not been rendered. If the service has already been partially or fully provided, refunds may not be granted.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days from the date of service agreement or payment. Any requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • If the service has not been delivered as agreed, or there are significant issues that prevent us from fulfilling the service, we will work with you to find a resolution. If we are unable to provide the service as promised, a full or partial refund may be issued.

  • If you cancel the service before work begins, we will issue a full refund of any payments made.

  • Services that are personalized, custom, or have begun work may not be eligible for refunds, except where specified.

3. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible timeframe at info@westernyinc.com. Provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order or service reference number

  • The reason for requesting a refund

  • Any supporting documentation (e.g., emails, contracts)

4. Processing Refunds Once a refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

5. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not provided if the service has been completed in full as per the agreed terms and conditions.

  • Refund requests due to personal preferences or changes of mind will not be eligible unless there is a failure on our part to meet the agreed service terms.
